Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was in the present day stopped by police from visiting a auto-rickshaw driver’s home in Ahmedabad. Citing safety issues, Gujarat Police requested Mr Kejriwal to not go to the driving force’s home for dinner.

Earlier in the present day, the AAP chief had accepted an auto-rickshaw driver’s invitation for a dinner at his residence in Ahmedabad. He left his resort round 7.30 pm and deliberate to succeed in the rickshaw driver’s home in one other auto.

Mr Kejriwal, who’s on a two-day Gujarat go to as a part of the AAP’s marketing campaign for the upcoming Assembly polls, addressed a gathering of auto-rickshaw drivers in Ahmedabad within the afternoon.

After his deal with, an auto-rickshaw driver named Vikram Dantani, a resident of the town’s Ghatlodia space, requested Mr Kejriwal to have dinner at his residence.

“I am your fan. In a video I saw on social media, you went to have dinner at the home of an auto driver in Punjab. So, will you come to my home for dinner?” requested Mr Dantani.

The Delhi Chief Minister instantly replied within the affirmative to the invitation.

“Autowalas of Punjab and Gujarat love me. Should I come today evening? at 8 pm,” stated the AAP chief.
